Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat.
- Provide support on account issues, subscriptions, billing, and queries related to Crunchyroll products and services.
- Assist customers during technical issues and malfunctions.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve any arising issues.
- Ensure compliance with client standards through competent service and meticulous documentation.
- We require you to have suitable professional experience in customer service. For example, writing support as a call center agent (m/f/d) or as a customer advisor (m/f/d)?
- Knowledge of the Anime and Manga scene is a welcome plus.
- You must have excellent writing skills in English and German.
- To remain calm in demanding situations.
- You are good at proactive communication.
- You have good computer and technical skills.
